Great Ride The shuttle was timely and the driver was friendly, hospitable. The driver did what he could to make us feel comfortable and was conversational.

On time Is a long drive from IAH and Hobby Airport, our shuttle was full and we felt really cramped. The driver was very helpful with our luggage and drove very safely

Galveston Shuttle and Limo for your transportation needs We had a cruise out of Galveston and one has to secure transportation from the airport to the cruise terminal which is an hour away. I settled on Galveston Shuttle and Limo. I've had some bad experiences with car services in the past so I reserved a one way private trip to see how their service was. Upon arriving in Houston our driver Jon picked us up on time and away we went. Jon was very friendly and he drove safely and took good care of us. The vehicle was very clean and the ride was smooth, I actually slept until we arrived at the port. When we arrived he showed us where the pickup would be for our return trip. Upon dropping us off, I was pleased with the service and booked the return portion. Well upon returning we had the same service and much to our enjoyment we got Jon again. He picked us up on time and safely whisked us to the airport. I am so pleased that I have decided to use Galveston Shuttle and Limo whenever I need a ride from the Houston airport to Galveston.

Great History of Galveston We took this tour about three years ago, and enjoyed it immensely. Our guide was very knowledgeable and did a great job pointing out all of the most noteworthy areas and features of Galveston.

Delightful experience I had to change my pick up location the morning of and they were very accommodating. The driver was friendly and wonderful conversation during the trip. With the contruction at the airport, he was very helpful directing me on where to go and what to do once I got in as I hadn't been in this airport in many years. I'll need a shuttle service multiple times in the upcoming future and this will be the only one I use from now on.

Great customer service 👏 We didn't have any issues with our reservation. Our flight was delayed and they wait for us at the airport till we arrive. The driver was friendly and helpful. We arrived at our hotel safely. The price was reasonable and it includes the tip. So we didn't have to worry about that. I will recommend their services.

Great experience We used a larger van to transport 8 of us from HOU to the Galveston Cruise Port and back. Both pick-ups were on time. We had to make a change in our pick-up time and they accommodated very nicely. The vehicles and drivers were both great. Would use again.
