Tips to remember for a stress free pick-up:
Cell phone ready:
Make sure you have your cell phone with you, and it is charged. (If you don’t have a cellphone, you can ask the baggage handlers to use their cell phone to call us, or you can ask anyone to use theirs. Please pay attention to your phone since the dispatcher, or the driver might call you to locate you, and make sure your phone ringer is on.
From Airport: (IAH Shuttle Service)
Your uniformed driver (Suite and tie) will be holding a sign with your name at the Baggage Claim Area at Hobby airport or IAH Airport; as a result will make it easier for you to find him. The “meet and greet” is a welcoming addition to our service in unfamiliar airport or after a long flights. For instance If you are unable to locate your chauffeur please call the dispatch at 409-761-1184 so they can help you locate each other.
From Galveston Cruise Terminal:
Cruise Terminal #1:
The Carnival Cruise Line: When you exit the terminal, you would see Alphabetical letters on the building walls along the staging area, see which letter you are close by, call the dispatch at 409-761-1184 and inform of your location, and we will dispatch your driver immediately. You can also call your driver directly as he would send you a text message when he arrive to the port.
Cruise Terminal #2:
Royal Caribbean Cruise & Disney Cruise Line: When you exit the terminal, you would see Alphabetical letters on the building steal columns along the staging area, see which letter you are close by, call the dispatch at 409-761-1184 and inform of your location, and we will dispatch your driver immediately. You can also call your driver directly as he would send you a text message when he arrive to the port.
Early Pick-Up time from the cruise:
If you get off early from the ship, and you want to leave early, we will try to accommodate you if we have cars available, if not you have to wait until your schedule pick-up time.
