🚫 Rate Exclusions
Cruise Terminal Fees: Published rates do not apply to pickups or drop-offs at the cruise terminal. A port fee is charged directly by the terminal, not by us:
- Sedan/SUV: $25
- Van/Minibus: $35
- Bus/Coach: $65
West End of the Island: Rates listed on this page do not apply to the West End of Galveston Island. Service coverage ends at the seawall.
U.S. Holidays: Standard pricing does not apply on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (Fourth of July)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- President’s Day
🕒 Minimum Hours & Seasonal Adjustments
- Minimum hourly requirements listed apply to the regular season only. Premium seasons may require different minimums. Please call for details.
🚘 Vehicle Standards & Chauffeurs
- All Galveston Shuttle services are operated by professionally trained and licensed chauffeurs.
- Vehicles are meticulously maintained and include complimentary newspapers for your ride.
💵 Pricing & Charges
- All quotes include applicable taxes, tolls, parking, and airport fees. Gratuity is not included unless otherwise stated.
- A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to all service rides.
- Hourly rentals involving excessive mileage may incur additional charges.
- Extra stops will incur a minimum charge of $25.
📅 Booking & Payment Policy
- Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
- Full payment is required at least 24 hours before pickup. Unpaid reservations will be canceled.
- For short-notice bookings, please call 409-761-1184 to check availability.
🌙 Late Night / Early Morning Surcharge
- Scheduled pickups or airport arrivals after 9:00 PM or before 6:00 AM are subject to a late night/early morning surcharge.
- A minimum 20% administration fee will be added to Galveston Shuttle services during these hours.
