- These published rates does not apply to the cruise terminal. If your pick up or drop off location is the cruise terminal, there a port fee charged by the port and not by us, and the fees are as follows: $25 for sedan and SUV / $35 for Van and minibus / $65 for all the buses and coach buses.
- These prices listed in this page does not apply to the west end of the island, and stop at the seawall.
- The minimum hours listed on this page are for the regular season, we require different minimums during premium seasons, call to find out.
- All Galveston Shuttle are performed by a properly trained and licensed chauffeurs.
- The ride in a meticulously maintained vehicle, and complimentary newspapers for your trip.
- All quotes include tax, toll, parking, and airport fees. Tipping is additional.
- These prices do not apply in U.S. holidays including New Year’s Day,Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas Day, President’s Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day.
- Hourly rentals that involve excessive mileage can incur additional charges.
- Extra stops will incur extra charge with a minimum of $25.
- A 20% gratuity will be billed to all service rides
- All reservations to be made at least 24 hours before the pick-up time, and the payment must be made at least 24 hours before the pick up time, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.

- Any schedule ride, any schedule pick ups or arrival at Airport after 09:00 PM and before 06:00 AM will be subject to late night/early morning charge, and Galveston Shuttle will add 20% minimum administration fee
